When do I pay?

You would be charged only when successful referrals are validated and verified to ensure that every dollar you invested counts.

How do I manage my campaign?

Picko would help you to manage your campaign. All you need to do is to decide your marketing budget, create the promotion campaign you would like to offer to the customers and the duration of it. Everything is then all set!

Who decides the commission rate?

You! We offer customisable commission fee structure. Therefore it's totally up to you in deciding the commission rate of your campaign.

How can I ensure the identity of referees in referrals?

We would be verifying the identity of customers in referral activities by their corresponding binded credit card. Only if their credit card information matches would they be receiving the corresponding cash rebate.

Are there any upper-limits or lower-limits for customers in earning commissions and redeeming cash back?

No. We would not impose any quota or limits for your customers in earning commissions. However, the limitations are customisable, you can set the maximum referral counts, minimum sales amount for each offer, or no limits at all.
